People pay little attention to them unless something goes wrong. And as windows age, a variety of issues may necessitate window replacement.

Energy-efficient windows we offer provide excellent insulation and airtightness. This significantly improves their soundproofing capability, as outer noises are significantly reduced.

Our windows contribute to maintaining a constant and comfortable temperature in your house by preventing hot and cold areas in individual rooms. Why You Should Replace Your Windows

Replacement of old windows should be a priority for everyone who wants to raise the value of their home because it is one of the most significant investments they will ever make. This smart investment will safeguard your family and possessions, lower your energy bills, allow you to appreciate the natural beauty around your home, and significantly improve your health and happiness.

Energy Efficiency

When considering why windows are installed in homes, the first thing to consider is that they play a significant role in determining the efficiency of your home. This will have a significant impact on the quality of the air in your house, especially in the winter.

The sun’s rays not only provide light but also provide heat and windows allow you to tap into this energy source and harness it to raise the temperature of your home without spending extra money on your energy bills.

Aesthetics

When it comes to boosting your home’s curb appeal, replacement windows are one of the best investments you can make. When you look at a house, your eyes are naturally pulled to the windows.

Modern windows will significantly improve your home’s exterior appeal and property value. If you’re upgrading your property in preparation to sell, new windows will significantly increase its market value.

Why Choose Our Windows

Low-E Glass

Low-E glass windows are designed to reflect heat away from the glass surface, regardless of where the heat is coming from. The glass is coated with two to three layers of tiny silver particles. The heat is reflected by these silver particles in the same way that aluminum foil does. When it’s hot outside, the heat reflects away. When it’s cold outside, heat from within the house reflects off the glass and back into the room.

Argon Gas

In the case of double-pane windows, the pumped air functions as an additional insulation layer. This improves the energy efficiency of a window, but it also has the additional benefit of significantly reducing external noise.

Slim But Strong Frames

Our windows provide the most glass area possible without sacrificing strength or durability. The “SlimLine” design of our windows provides you with 12 to 16 % more glass area than the majority of other windows on the market. Our windows are designed to let light in and allow you to have the widest viewing area possible.

Standard Features Of Our Windows

  • Our windows are 100% pure virgin vinyl. Pure virgin vinyl is the strongest and most durable material available.
  • 3-1/4″ Heavy Duty Frames
  • All of our windows come with fully fusion-welded frames and sashes. The creation of fusion-welded material involves heating two things and joining them when the material melts. This joint is tough, if not impossible, to separate once it has been cured. This produces a watertight and airtight seal.
  • Dual Weather-Stripping. By redirecting water, weather stripping prevents rain and moisture from entering a structure through window openings. It also retains internal air for comfort and to conserve energy on heating and air conditioning.
  • 3/4″ Double Pane/Insulated Glass
  • Upper Sash Vent Stops. The upper sash is fitted with sash stops, which prevents the sashes from slipping over each other. Therefore, they are prevented from opening the window.
  • Full Interlocking Rails. Windows are equipped with an interlock system where the sash frames connect along with their interface and pull securely together to reduce air leakage. This is a common characteristic of window designs of superior quality.
  • Core Composite Reinforcement
  • Constant Force Balances. This mechanism helps window windows to open and close without problems.
  • Sloped sill that allows windows to remove dirt and debris whenever it rains.

Weatherization

Inefficient houses can cause a range of health problems. These include poor indoor air quality, which contributes to allergies and asthma; excessively cold or excessively hot temperatures; an increase in pests; and an overall increased danger of exposure to the elements.

By weatherizing your home, you will save money on your energy bills while simultaneously improving the quality of your indoor environment. With weatherization, you will also reduce the amount of energy you use in your home.

We conduct energy audits to discover the most cost-effective and acceptable energy efficiency measures for each property. Additionally, we handle energy-related health and safety issues, focusing on carbon monoxide and combustion safety.

For us, it is important to educate our customers on how their houses consume energy and what they can do to reduce wasteful usage and save money on their energy bills each month.

Alpharetta, GA

The Cherokee people of Georgia and other southern states were forcibly transported to Indian Territory (modern-day Oklahoma) in the 1830s under the Indian Removal Act. Later, pioneers and farmers landed on the freshly abandoned territory, which ran parallel to a former Cherokee road that connected the North Georgia highlands to the Chattahoochee River.

The New Prospect Camp Ground was one of the area’s first permanent landmarks, lying by a natural spring near what is now downtown Alpharetta. It later served as a commercial station for settlers to exchange products.

Known as Milton until July 1858, the city of Alpharetta was chartered on December 11, 1858, with a 0.5-mile radius around the city courthouse. It was Milton County’s county seat until 1931, when Milton County was combined with Fulton County in order to avoid bankruptcy during the Great Depression.

Although the name of the city may be a play on the name of a fictional Indian girl in a nineteenth-century song, “The Blue Juniata,” it is more likely derived from the Greek words “alpha” meaning first and “retta” meaning town.

Things To Do in Alpharetta, GA

The city of Alpharetta is located in Fulton County, Georgia, and is a northern suburb of Atlanta. For people working in neighboring Atlanta, Alpharetta offers a wonderful combination of history, open space, and things to do. It is much more than a commuting town for those who live in the area.

Alpharetta and Old Milton County History Museum

This museum, housed inside City Hall, is the best place to learn about Alpharetta’s past. It chronicles the city’s history from its earliest days, when the site was a Cherokee native American reservation, to its most recent technological boom.

Among the museum’s offerings are artifacts contributed by local residents and historic photos that show how the city has evolved into the one we see today.

Alpharetta Arts Center

The contemporary single-story structure of Alpharetta Arts Center is as dramatic a contrast to the historic red brick elegance of City Hall as it is possible to get.

The center is bright and welcoming, with a floor plan that approaches 1,000 square meters and is entirely dedicated to modern art.

While the rotating series of exhibited works is primarily from local artists, this space is no less valuable than a gallery in a larger city.

Wills Park

Wills Park is the ideal city center green space for anybody wishing to exercise or for those traveling with younger children.

While the recreation center offers activities such as basketball, aerobics, and karate, it also has three children’s playgrounds, each of which includes slides, swings, and monkey bars

Additionally, the park features tennis courts and a swimming pool.
