Keith explained why the issue was not likely caused by glass, and that the most likely fix was to just reseal the existing windows, and it goes without saying that is a much cheaper fix that replacing a couple windows. He even took the time to explain to me how to seal the window properly. I appreciate Keith’s honesty in the matter as he definitely could have sold me some brand new windows. “I installed the blue point in the attic , they put new installation around all doors all outside wall outlets, Keith and James were very helpful with my questions and were on sight. we did a final inspection to my satisfaction . thought I would wait to see if there any differences in tempature there was average in the last week has dropped by 9 degrees in house and the garage!! air does not run as much and I have not adjusted the air at all. great product and great company.”

“Unbelievable service! We met with 6 window companies before deciding on Insulation and Window Solutions and I'm so glad we waited! Keith is one of those people that you're instantly comfortable with. Feel like I've always known him and also feel like everything he said was fair and honest. That wasn't the case at all with the other sales people we met with…especially the one guy who started out at $25,000 and somehow negotiated down to $9,000 in the matter of 10 minutes. Umm, no. With Insulation and Window Soluitons, not only are the windows extremely affordable, but they look high-end! The added capping on the windows really made them pop. The awesome rain glass we added to our bathrooms makes the world of difference for style and functionality. As a plus, plus, plus, our bills have lowered so much from the change of 1975 windows to these. I cannot say enough nice things about this company or Keith.
