Window Replacement

Energy-efficient windows prevent conditioned air from escaping from homes and also minimize heat transmission in both directions. These windows’ improved insulation helps to minimize household energy use, and they also provide comfort and soundproofing.

Insulation Services

Insulation is one of the most efficient methods of conserving energy in the home since it keeps the space warm in the winter and cool in the summer. The most critical component is the walls since they will lose between 30% to 40% of the heat in a conventional home.

Air Sealing

Air leakage contributes to moisture problems, which have a negative impact on the health of residents and the structure’s durability. Sealing gaps and openings eliminates drafts and cold spots, resulting in increased comfort.

Gutter Systems

Gutters are vital in protecting your home from water damage. Without gutters, rainwater will collect on your roof and cause rot, deterioration, and mold. The appearance of your home will also be enhanced if you choose the right gutters.

Are you ready to weatherize your home?

Window Replacement and Installation

Windows that are energy efficient have specific coatings that protect you from the sun’s UV rays. This protects rugs, carpets, wood, textiles, art, and furniture. Our windows’ coating functions as a sunscreen for your home, without significantly reducing visible light.

Windows that are energy-efficient provide excellent insulation and airtightness. This significantly improves their soundproofing capability, as outer noises are significantly reduced.

Our windows contribute to maintaining a constant and comfortable temperature in your house by preventing hot and cold areas in individual rooms. During the winter, energy efficient windows act as a barrier against cold weather, maintaining a comfortable and pleasant indoor atmosphere. During the summer, they assist in blocking the sun’s heat and lowering air conditioning expenditures.

Gutter Systems

The gutters on your home are responsible for water management. During a storm, they effectively redirect water flow from your roof, through the downspouts, and to appropriate locations outside your home. Without a gutter system, your roof might collect a lot of leaves and other debris, causing water to stagnate and overflow. This can expose your home to rotting, rusting, and other types of damage.

Gutters prevent water from pooling around your basement foundation. When water from your roof overflows, it has the potential to seep into your foundation, undermining everything that supports your home in the process.

Less is more, and this is especially true when it comes to bills. Not only can a well-insulated home save energy, but it also saves money. It’s an investment that pays back long after the installation is complete.

Maintain warmth within your walls throughout the cold winter months. In the summer, you may enjoy a refreshing wind without breaking a sweat. A properly insulated home enables you to maintain the desired and necessary temperature throughout the year.

It’s critical to maintain a safe indoor environment, even more so when it comes to the quality of the air you breathe. With adequate insulation, you can fight off the health concerns associated with collected fungi, mold, or mildew in your home. In the long run, it would also save you money on repairs.

Air Sealing

We would all want to believe that we take good care of our homes — and the majority of us do. Certain kinds of home maintenance activities, on the other hand, can easily sneak under the radar and cost homeowners hundreds of dollars in annual energy costs. Air leaks are a significant source of energy loss because they occur when unconditioned air enters and conditioned air departs your home through cracks and gaps around windows, doors, and other openings.

Along with increasing your energy expenses, air leakage can have a negative effect on your home’s ventilation and interior air quality—too much air enters on cold, windy days and not enough on warm, calm days. Air leaks can even lead to moisture problems, which can have a negative impact on the longevity of your property and your health.

Inefficient houses can cause a range of health problems. These include poor indoor air quality, which contributes to allergies and asthma; excessively cold or excessively hot temperatures; an increase in pests; and an overall increased danger of exposure to the elements.
By weatherizing your home, you will save money on your energy bills while simultaneously improving the quality of your indoor environment. With weatherization, you will also reduce the amount of energy you use in your home.

We conduct energy audits to discover the most cost-effective and acceptable energy efficiency measures for each property. Additionally, we handle energy-related health and safety issues, focusing on carbon monoxide and combustion safety.

For us, it is important to educate our customers on how their houses consume energy and what they can do to reduce wasteful usage and save money on their energy bills each month.

Alpharetta, GA

The Cherokee people of Georgia and other southern states were forcibly transported to Indian Territory (modern-day Oklahoma) in the 1830s under the Indian Removal Act. Later, pioneers and farmers landed on the freshly abandoned territory, which ran parallel to a former Cherokee road that connected the North Georgia highlands to the Chattahoochee River.

The New Prospect Camp Ground was one of the area’s first permanent landmarks, lying by a natural spring near what is now downtown Alpharetta. It later served as a commercial station for settlers to exchange products.

Known as Milton until July 1858, the city of Alpharetta was chartered on December 11, 1858, with a 0.5-mile radius around the city courthouse. It was Milton County’s county seat until 1931, when Milton County was combined with Fulton County in order to avoid bankruptcy during the Great Depression.

Although the name of the city may be a play on the name of a fictional Indian girl in a nineteenth-century song, “The Blue Juniata,” it is more likely derived from the Greek words “alpha” meaning first and “retta” meaning town.

Things To Do in Alpharetta, GA

The city of Alpharetta is located in Fulton County, Georgia, and is a northern suburb of Atlanta. For people working in neighboring Atlanta, Alpharetta offers a wonderful combination of history, open space, and things to do. It is much more than a commuting town for those who live in the area.

Alpharetta and Old Milton County History Museum

This museum, housed inside City Hall, is the best place to learn about Alpharetta’s past. It chronicles the city’s history from its earliest days, when the site was a Cherokee native American reservation, to its most recent technological boom.

Among the museum’s offerings are artifacts contributed by local residents and historic photos that show how the city has evolved into the one we see today.

Alpharetta Arts Center

The contemporary single-story structure of Alpharetta Arts Center is as dramatic a contrast to the historic red brick elegance of City Hall as it is possible to get.

The center is bright and welcoming, with a floor plan that approaches 1,000 square meters and is entirely dedicated to modern art.

While the rotating series of exhibited works is primarily from local artists, this space is no less valuable than a gallery in a larger city.

Wills Park

Wills Park is the ideal city center green space for anybody wishing to exercise or for those traveling with younger children.

While the recreation center offers activities such as basketball, aerobics, and karate, it also has three children’s playgrounds, each of which includes slides, swings, and monkey bars

Additionally, the park features tennis courts and a swimming pool.
